All possible tenants need to go through the proper background screening and employment verification.

• All applicants and prospective occupants 18 years of age and older need to complete an application.
• Applicants must have acceptable income and credit history. Third party consumer credit reporting and screening agencies are used to verify applicants' identity, credit, and criminal history.
• 2.8 times the monthly rent.
• All applicants and prospective occupants 18 years of age or older are subject to criminal background screening.
• 6 - 12 months lease terms available
• Acceptable forms of payment include: Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, Cash.

Pets are always welcome at Zully Gardens! 

• No pet rent
• One time pet fee of $250 for each pet (Service animals Excluded)
• Pets must be under 25lbs. (Service animals Excluded)
• 2 pets max
